Only good things to say about Joanne and ACE party... The amazing balloon arch and photo mirror absolutely made our wedding. All the guests loved them and it really made it fun. Joanne was a dream to deal with from beginning to end - this lady is not only a delight, but a brilliant communicator... Which was wonderful as organising a wedding and lots of suppliers is super stressful, and she was a stand-out in terms of making everything seem easy and just how we wanted it! Sarah who manned the booth on the night was brilliant, coping expertly with all the chaos, and she created a fantastic album complete with our friends' photos and well-wishes written inside. Such a lovely keepsake, and hilarious!! I'll absolutely use ace party for any future events, and 100% recommend them. ~ claire b

We hired Ace Party for a mirror Photo Booth and flower backdrop (with neon nights) for our wedding and wow it was amazing! The pink flower backdrop for the photos was so pretty. The neon lights with our name made it more personalised to us. The mirror photobooth was incredibly popular on our wedding day! Everyone loved it! We now have an album full of photobooth photos of all our guests which we will cherish forever (and have a good laugh at, as the props were funny!) All the team are incredibly friendly! A shout out to Joanne who has the patience of a saint! I asked her sooo many questions and she always made me feel like I could ask her anything! She always had time for me. We hired the magic photo mirror for our wedding in October and it was amazing. The photo mirror itself was fab with such good quality photos and a great addition to the wedding - everyone loved having a go, the mirror prints 1 copy for the guest and 1 for your guest book, if you so wish! But what made this for us was Joanne herself - she is such a lovely friendly person I honestly can’t recommend her business enough. She made sure every person at the wedding had a photo and signed the guestbook - she got everyone involved and even let my 8 year old son help out for an hour which he absolutely loved and still talks about! Thank you Joanne for being so lovely and making the evening of our wedding so much fun! You will not regret booking the mirror or anything else for your special day! ~ Alice B

I honestly can’t recommend Ace party enough. Joanne is one of the most lovely ladies I’ve ever met. She has such a passion for what she does and her enthusiasm is infectious. I had a terrible experience with my first venue but Joanne supported me through it and went above and beyond her job to help us. When covid hit and we had to make changes every thing was accommodated (x4 date changes) all the money I’d paid was transferred too without question which I found exceptional considering the situation and how hard it had been to get the same courtesy from other companies in the industry. I can’t wait for Joanne and her team to work their magic at our wedding this year.. Just wanted to feed back some very positive thoughts on yesterday. The team that arrived to set the place up were very accommodating of space and preferences, and were incredibly quick, efficient and most polite when doing so, they were awesome! Louise and Craig who we had dealing on blackjack and roulette were equally brilliant, and a true credit to Ace Party's name. They had more smiles between them than you would see at a comedy show, they were incredibly patient with the kids, and were equally entertaining for the adults guests. I hope this feedback makes its way to them, just let them know they made a great night even better, and were I to ever need your services again, I would demand it were the same group return. You have an awesome team, an awesome set up, and you are ABSOLUTELY worth the slightly higher cost than some of the others on the market. Thank you so much! ~ Adam E

I spoke to Joanne at the last minute regarding hiring the Magic Mirror something that I didn't know about. She told precisely what it was and how it worked and the cost. We communicated throughout the whole time before the event. On the day off the party Tim our photographer arrived well before the arranged time to set everything up and once again he told myself and my daughter exactly what was happening and he was wonderful with my 6 year old grandson. The party started at at 7.30 and Tim was ready for action. He was patient and on the job the whole time and very good with all my guests nothing was too much trouble for him. I truly recommend Ace Party and I will be using them again and so will my guests. A job well done Thank you to Joanne for putting my mind at rest and to Tim for making the experience worthwhile. Ace Party I can highly recommend them 100% Unfortunately my wedding didnt go ahead due to covid but Joanne kept me well informed about when they were going to be up and running again , we spoke regular absolutely lovely lady we had 2 dates cancelled for our wedding and we havent made a 3rd as yet so Joanne gave us a full refund including deposit with no questions asked ,I would have no hesitation about using ace party in the future and highly recommending them to family and friends, As soon as we have new dates for our wedding my first call will be to Joanne of ace party absolutely reliable and professional and Joanne is the most loveliest lady to deal with . ~ Sue S

I searched the internet as I was looking for som numbers that lit up for my wife’s 50th birthday. First I have to say the number were of the highest quality. I was even left extra bulbs just in case any of them blew. The customer service was excellent. Joanne the lady that owns and runs this business is a very special person. It’s obvious to me her business will always do well. She was able to answer any questions that I asked, she was prompt in answering the phone when I called, or got back to me if she were busy. Joanne and the Ace Party team came to our rescue when we were looking for wedding themed mini golf. Unfortunately, the pandemic meant we had to reschedule our wedding, and when the supplier we had originally booked was unavailable for our new date we were thrown into panic. I'm so glad I found Joanne and Ace Party as they were able to provide an adorable wedding-themed mini golf course that was exactly what we were looking for. Joanne was also incredibly helpful and extremely reassuring while dealing with a rather stressed-out bride who was rescheduling the wedding for the second time! Overall, we received fantastic service from Ace Party and the mini golf course was one of the highlights of the wedding - for us and our guests! When we have another big celebration coming up, Ace Party is the first place I'm going to be looking for games and entertainment! ~ Hannah A

I can’t begin to explain how pleasant my experience was with Ace party! I hired a couple of light up numbers and also got some number balloons for a joint birthday get together and I was quite last minute and Ace party tried their best to be able to accommodate me on very short notice. The whole process was very efficient, I had the lights delivered before my event and they were picked up early the next day. Everything about my experience with Ace Party was extraordinary and I couldn’t have wished for a better service. What can I say about the amazing Ace Party. Simply faultless. I recently booked the magic mirror, popcorn machine, hot dog machine and venue dressing for my movie themed 30th birthday party. The service I received from Joanne and her team was impeccable. They had everything in hand at set up which meant I could leave them to it so I could get party ready. When I came back everything looked fantastic, the black and red chair covers and sashes really gave that Hollywood feel and tied in perfectly with the machines on Joanne's expert advice. Many of my guests commented on how friendly the staff were, they made sure everybody was happy with the food and the pictures, the quality was outstanding. I can't wait to use more of Ace Party's services at my next event and many of my friends and family will book them in the future. After shopping around I chose Ace party based on 2 things 1-the review from previous events, these were really impressive especially the ones with photos of their set up and 2-the price, this was at least £100 cheaper then other place. I was fully informed from first communication and everything I asked for was provided. Everyone that attended the party commented on the quality of products that were supplied and was really impressed with the price (some guests asked for the company name for their own events). The best experience with Ace parties , Joanne & team were outstanding and went above and beyond for our engagement party at Doddington Hall ! We booked Ace Party for our wedding. We opted for the crazy golf and beauty mirror. Joanne was an absolute delight to deal with, she was full of energy and enthusiasm for our big day. The crazy golf was wedding themed and added an extra element of entertainment to the day. Joanne came at night to host the beauty mirror, she was the hostess with the mostess and made a lovely guest book with all the pictures from the evening. Such a beautiful keepsake. I arranged a casino night last minute for a charity event (6 weeks to arrange it oops!) Not only was joanne and the team extremely helpful amd supportive in the short time frame, they made the event brilliant and lively. Where do we start! We had the most amazing day all thanks to Joanne and her team at Ace Party. We had our wedding in February and still rave about it and wouldn't change a thing. My wife and I are so laid back to the point we booked a function room and let Ace party work their magic and it turned out incredible. We gave her a very basic vision and she turned it into something we will never forget. Then the entertainment we booked, the casino tables, photo mirror, sweets and popcorn. All amazing. All guests commented on how brilliant the casino tables were and the staff that run them. Honestly from the day we met Joanne to our wedding day she couldn't have done enough for us, even to the finest detail of helping with our table plan at the last minute. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. The most professional and fun person/company we have ever dealt with. To say we had a low key wedding in a function room turned out to be the most memorable wedding for most of our guests and its all thanks to Joanne and the Ace Party team. 🥳 ~ Natalie C

We had the light up numbers, balloon garland plus table and floor decorations for my husband's 60th Birthday meal. My husband is a huge Manchester City fan and was overwhelmed when he saw the room. Joanne had achieved the look I wanted perfectly. Our guests commented on how beautiful the room looked. Joanne was very friendly and full of expert advice and would fully recommend to anyone. If I could do 10 stars I would!!!The energy Joanne brings to events is out of this world, from first meeting her to the night she was outstanding. We hired her for our Showroom launch on 20/9/25, we have now rebooked her for our staff Christmas party. It makes sense to hold it in house as everyone gets a more involved experience. We booked Ace Party for our wedding at Peak Edge in August 2024. They were great to deal with and provided crazy golf, carnival games, high striker and a Photo Booth. These activities were fundamental to making the day such a success as our guests were never bored and massively added to the sense of fun. Very hard to imagine a better party equipment rental service is out there as having used them we would now not think of using anybody else. ~ Thomas W
